Consultancy Package. Services included

The hiring of consulting services does not include potential travel expenses (if over 200 Km), subsistence allowance or accommodation.

In case the trade show to cover is not among the ones we visit normally, travel expenses, subsistence allowance and accommodation will be added to the service fees.

Our consultancy package also offer the possibility to contract consultancy for any of these services separately, for example, you can ask consultancy for “Conceptual design”, or even consultancy for a complete pack of services, for example the “Commercial” pack. We will be happy to hear your requests and offer you the services that best meets your needs.

The consulting services are contracted for stretches of 1 working day (8h), which you can allocate to one or several services. Every 5 days the consultant or team of consultants uses 2 days for rest and reflection. If you want our team to be part of a project lasting longer than 5 days, please plan the weeks with the necessary rest days. If the project lasts more than a week, the client is also obliged to pay for the meals and lodging of the rest days between those weeks.

We offer on-site consulting, documentary via E-Mail or through a Videoconference or VoIP platform such as Ring, Telegram, Linphone, Ekiga or Skype.
