Test
When a product is under development and there
are the first prototypes or pre-series ready for use, it is
hugely important to test the product. There are several ways
to do so; there are the laboratory tests and also the field
tests. In the lab tests the product can be taken to the limit
with various instruments and ‘torture racks’. Thanks to a
series of tests based on specific parameters we can gather a
lot of information. While it is true that a lot of this
information can be collected with computer simulations, like
structural calculations or finite element analysis, the real
world test bench give us very valuable complementary
information.
On the other hand there are the field tests in which expert
testers will take the product to the limit on the terrain.
Accurately mimicking the real use of the product, and also
exceeding the demands it will normally have, because these
testers are expert sportspeople who will use their skills to
put the products under stresses beyond what about 95% of users
will ever reach. Most of these testers are also competition
riders who apart from taking the product to the limit, they
can give information to obtain solutions and improvements.
After the test is concluded, a complete report of the session
is produced, with technical observations and the sensations of
the rider, which will provide us with valuable information to
achieve better performance and better and wider safety margins
in the products. We can provide you with all kinds of testers
with a more technical background or more experience in
competition, and we can even have the riders test the products
in their training sessions or in national and international
championships. There is no better test field than a
competition in which the rider fights for the victory. Think
of all you put at stake with a new product and the safety
margin you can get from the observations from high level
professionals. Consider that if they cannot break the product,
it is unlikely that any of your customers will.
We provide the best and most competent testers.
In-house testing in your factory, during training or
competition, also short term or long term tests, feature,
performance and wear tests.
Laboratory tests. Various measurements and technical data
acquisition after sessions on the test benches.
All reports can be delivered in any of the languages from our
translation services.
