Development of ideas
To have an idea could be considered as the
seed of a project. Without an idea there is no project. They
are very valuable, yet we need to have the capacity to assess
and classify them. It can be a good idea, a great idea or
simply an average idea. Inventiveness is a quality that not
everyone has, imagination is another, and then there is the
capacity to develop it.
To pave the way for the idea to become a good project, a good
analysis will be necessary, and also to let things flow. Then
one can incorporate additional elements in order to make the
original idea more solid and attractive. Viability and
profitability are factors that we will have to consider later.
The process could be like developing a bicycle, the core of
the idea is the concept itself, the development of the concept
would lead to the creation of the frame, and then we would add
the rest of the parts, components and accessories. Whether the
bike meets all of the requirements related to performance,
introduction to markets, production or commercial strategies,
etc, that is another issue to be dealt with.
Now the ideal thing to do is to let go our imagination, form,
improve, analyse... in one word; create.
Once the idea is analysed, other proposals have been added and
the first creative stage is completed, we must move on to the
stage of organizing. Creativity is still important because in
the process of filtering, organization and arrangements, more
proposals can arise, which we could incorporate into the
project or keep them for the future. This is the essence of
the development process, to improve the main idea if possible,
and bring it to the phase of production/launch,
prototyping/preproduction.
One of the most important parts of the development process is
to be able to keep the timings under control in each of the
stages, because otherwise there is the risk of finding
ourselves in a never-ending development process, with and
ever-growing number of theoretical improvements to the main
idea that often are unpractical, and consequently don’t offer
results from which to obtain information. It is always good to
know where we stand, our possibilities and especially which
path to follow and what bridges will need to be crossed. When
developing a project, too many expectations and excessive
optimism can take us the wrong way.
To dream about the creation of the perfect product is fine,
yet to make it come true might be unattainable for us. There
must be a reasonable balance between our expectations, demands
and our real possibilities.
Finally we would like to emphasize on what we consider the
most important part in the development of an idea. EXPERIENCE.
We develop your ideas, we are prepared to identify if your
idea is closer to an illusion than to reality.
We share your passion for the project.
We develop the ideas with excitement, enthusiasm, creativity,
imagination and inventiveness.
We turn good ideas into great ideas.
Thanks to our experience we can provide valuable contributions
to your project, then you make the decision.
